  • Delivered a Platform and Digital Transformation Strategy for a FinTech firm with long term capability and technology debt.  Completed a comprehensive Customer, Culture and Capability assessment against a bespoke framework and a comprehensive multi-stage roadmap with value outcomes for strategic execution.

  • Developed a comprehensive operational excellence strategy using a unified process and control framework for a large Global FinTech firm. Strategy helped eliminate all material weaknesses and significant deficiencies and enabled a single assurance vehicle for all internal, external and regulatory audit and compliance needs globally. 

  • Assisted a mid-tier ($300 million) Global IT services business in revising their Banking and Capital Markets Go-To-Market Strategy. Prepared an Applied Digital Service Framework, Opportunity Gap Assessment and go-to market strategic priorities to grow revenues three fold in 3-5 years and change service mix from Application and Infrastructure maintenance services to Digital Services.

Adi Agrawal is a CLR80 Managing Partner and a Partner & Executive Advisor at WTT, our India based Engineering firm. Adi has distilled decades of experience as a high performing executive leader with Global Fin-Tech companies into frameworks, decision tools and performance measures which help our clients identify and deliver outcomes quickly and efficiently. 


His digital leadership experience includes executive roles: Chief Transformation Officer at a systemically important FinTech firm; Head of Risk and Assurance for a highly resilient Global Digital Markets platform holding company; and, Head of IT for a Healthcare management solutions firm.

Adi has earned an MBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MS in Computer Science from the SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
